PASTOR'S MEETINGS & COUNSELING HOURS

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY

 

THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE:

  • Manages the daily administrative operations of the office
  • Keeps and coordinates Pastor and church schedules including coordination activities and outreach events.
  • Coordinate events such as weddings, concerts, home going services for members and non-members
  • Works with other HABC ministries to assist members with mission needs

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE PROPERTY OFFICE :

Property Manager: Deacon Hubert Carr

  • Coordinating overall activities involving the church
  • Set up of and close out of all building usage, coordination with appropriate personnel
  • Securing proper staff to clean as necessary before and after events
  • Handle all security issues an act as liaison between companies and church
