PASTOR'S MEETINGS & COUNSELING HOURS
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY
THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE:
- Manages the daily administrative operations of the office
- Keeps and coordinates Pastor and church schedules including coordination
activities and outreach events.
- Coordinate events such as weddings, concerts, home going services
for members and non-members
- Works with other HABC ministries to assist members with mission
needs

THE PROPERTY OFFICE :

Coordinating overall activities involving the church

Set up of and close out of all building usage, coordination with
appropriate personnel

Securing proper staff to clean as necessary before and after events

Handle all security issues an act as liaison between companies
and church
